NWFTAS 2027 Pledges Massive Nationwide Women’s Mobilisation During Strategic Meeting with the Vice President

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Nigerian Women for Tinubu & Shettima 2027 (NWFTAS), High Chief Dr. Bisola Sodipo Edwin Clark, led a high-powered delegation comprising members of the Board of Trustees, national executives, and coordinators from various geopolitical zones and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to the Office of the Vice President at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, for a strategic meeting, on Monday the 12th October, 2026

The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration, sustaining the gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda, and developing effective mobilisation strategies ahead of the 2027 general elections.

During the meeting, the NWFTAS 2027 delegation reaffirmed its commitment to mobilising women across the federation in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR and Vice President Kashim Shettima, GCON.

The delegation emphasised the strategic importance of women’s participation in political mobilisation and grassroots engagement. It also appealed for the necessary institutional support, logistics, and working tools to enhance its nationwide operations.

In response, the Vice President assured the delegation of his support and expressed his readiness to work closely with the organisation to achieve its objectives and strengthen its mobilisation efforts in support of Mr. President.

The meeting underscored the importance of collaboration, effective coordination, and the active participation of women in advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda as the country approaches the 2027 general elections.
