After enduring over two years in captivity, 15-year-old Treasure Ayuba, who bravely escaped from his kidnappers, has been awarded a six-year scholarship by the Restoration Bible Church in Kaduna.
In July 2021, Ayuba was one of the 121 students from the Baptist Academy in Kaduna who were mercilessly kidnapped. While the majority of the students were eventually released, Ayuba managed to miraculously free himself from his captors, defying all odds.
Now, in recognition of his courage and resilience, the Restoration Bible Church has stepped forward to support Ayuba's future education. The generous scholarship will ensure that Ayuba can pursue his academic dreams, providing him with a solid foundation for a brighter tomorrow.
