The Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Ede Dafinone, has called on Urhobo sons and daughters across various professions to strengthen unity and mutual support among themselves. He made this passionate appeal during a "Meet-and-Greet" event held in Abuja, which brought together prominent members of the Urhobo community from different walks of life.
Addressing attendees, Senator Dafinone emphasized the importance of uplifting one another, regardless of location or profession. He noted that unity and collaboration are essential to the growth and development of the Urhobo Nation, urging all Urhobo people to actively create opportunities and extend support to their fellow kinsmen.
"This is more than just a networking event," the Senator stated. "It is an opportunity for Urhobo people to connect, share ideas, and reaffirm our collective commitment to the progress and development of our Senatorial District and the Urhobo Nation as a whole."
Dafinone reiterated his unwavering commitment to the service of the Urhobo people and stressed the need for a strong culture of unionism and solidarity. He encouraged well-established Urhobos to mentor and assist others who may be struggling, so that together, they can rise and make meaningful contributions in their various spheres of influence.
