...As Sapele Council Chairman bags best performing LG Chairman Award

Chairman of Sapele Local Government Area, Hon. Chief Eugene Inoaghan on Tuesday 12 December received an Award of Excellence from the editorial board of Nel Xpress Magazine in recognition of his outstanding developmental strides in infrastructure, human capital, empowerment as the Best Performing Council Chairman of the year.
Presenting the award, the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of Nel Xpress Magazine, Comrade Nelson Agbajor said that the honour bestowed on the Council Chairman, Hon Eugene Inoaghan was as a result of the Chairman's pragmatic leadership qualities, his
unwavering and unalloyed dedicated services to the good people of Sapele local government area as Chairman of Council.
Nelson Agbajor said that since assumption of office, the Sapele Council Chairman has performed credibly well in terms of infrastructure, human capital, empowerment, staff welfare and other areas.

and organizations who have distinguished themselves in meritorious services to their host communities across the state"

"Ranging from the ultra modern legislative chamber in the council, the facelift of the entire council, building of a new Sapele Local Government Secondary School, several roads construction, drainage projects completed, construction of open and closed shops at Amukpe market, distribution of several transformers to various communities in the local government, presentation of utility vehicles to NULGE and other security agencies, health sector, empowerment among others, formed part of the chairman's testimony of stewardship", Agbajor said.
Responding, Chairman of Sapele Local Government Area, Hon Eugene Inoaghan expressed satisfaction to the management of Nel Xpress Magazine led by an Okpe illustrious son and a well respected journalist in Sapele local government, Comrade Nelson Agbajor for the honour bestowed on him.

Top management staff of Council attended the award presentation ceremony at the Chairman's Conference Hall.
Those present include: Chairman of Sapele local government, Hon. Eugene Inoaghan , Vice Chairman of the Council, Hon. Vincent Ayomanor, Secretary to the Local Government, Rt. Hon. Felix Ayemidejor, HPM, NULGE Chairman, several Supervising Councillors amongst others.
