Wife of the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Lady Catherine Onyeme, has been honoured with an Award of Excellence by the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT).
Lady Onyeme, a graduate of Quantity Surveying from ESUT and currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree at the same institution, received the award from the Vice Chancellor, Professor Aloysius Michael N. Okolie.
The award presentation took place during the maiden International Conference of the Department of Quantity Surveying, themed *“The Quantity Surveyor’s Edge.”*
In his remarks, Prof. Okolie expressed pride in the institution’s alumni, noting that they are excelling in various professional fields. He described Lady Onyeme’s award as “well deserved.”

Also honoured at the event was Hon. Chimobi Atu, representing Enugu North and South Constituency in the House of Representatives.
