Senator Ede Dafinone, who represents Delta Central Senatorial District, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya on the occasion of his birthday. Hon. Igbuya, a former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, currently serves as Delta State Representative on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
