As Delta State celebrates its 34th anniversary, Hon. Perkins Umukoro, the Member representing Sapele Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, has expressed a strong sense of optimism about the state's future. In a goodwill message released to journalists in Sapele on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, Hon. Umukoro extended heartfelt congratulations to Deltans on this significant milestone. He acknowledged the steady growth the state has experienced and underscored the current administration's commitment to tangible development through the MORE Agenda.
The lawmaker emphasized that Delta State is divinely positioned for greatness, highlighting that the prevailing peace among communities sets the stage for an economic and infrastructural boom that will benefit every citizen.
